Welcome to The Underscore Show - a podcast hosted by Adrian Ritchie and Alex Gasaway. We are 2 friends who happen to be content creators and passionate about self-improvement and entrepreneurship. We met in January of 2019 and have since had many conversations at length about habits, anxiety, pressure, collaboration, The Boys Club, small talk, AND SO MUCH MORE. As a result, we decided to record these conversations - ENTER, this podcast. Our pasts and present bring a lot of similarities - both from the Midwest, college athletes, business owners, and now YouTube creators - but throughout this season we confront our differences and acknowledge how we both strive to be better. As two people who have an online presence, and therefore an online audience, we discuss our approach and feelings on the things we share privately and the things we share publicly. Where do we (currently) draw the line? At the end of the day, it's what makes each of us happy and comfortable personally. It's just a matter of finding what that recipe is for you and setting expectations best you can.
